- Rpbr (Regeling particuliere beveiligingsorganisaties en recherchebureaus): The implementing regulation of the Wpbr, including requirements for complaints procedures (Article 18).

Who handles your case?
NCRB is led by Rik V., a licensed private investigator since 2019, certified through OSMOSIS (OSC) and IACA. Because we investigate fraud and criminal money flows, we do not publish investigators' full names online. You receive the full name at intake and in every engagement letter. Law firms and insurers can run a conflict check beforehand.
What you can verify today: licence POB 1737 with Justis (Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security), Chamber of Commerce 74939742, VAT NL002189118B69.
When a case needs extra capacity or specific expertise, we bring in a vetted specialist from our fixed network. Always under the responsibility of NCRB, under confidentiality, and only with your knowledge. One contract, one report, one point of contact.
